Who can use care-4?

Anyone already participating in your existing childcare vouchers scheme can be moved to care-4 and have the funds they are sacrificing from salary paid into their secure care-4 account. 

Additionally, if you have any employees who transfer to your business as part of a TUPE arrangement and who currently participate in an employer childcare voucher scheme, they can also register with care-4.
