Is Extras free?

Extras is free to set up for your business and free for employees to use. Plus, there is no ‘per seat’ charge for your business. 

Some schemes, such as MyGymDiscounts have a one-off fee, and others like bYond have a £5 annual charge paid for by employees.

If you previously registered with Cyclescheme or Home & Tech, you and your employees will access this via Extras alongside out other benefits.

Extras does not require any additional admin.  You will continue to approve and pay for Cyclescheme and/or Home & Tech in the normal way with access to these now direct from your Extras account. And as Extras Discounts is a self-serve benefit, you do not need to authorise or make any payroll adjustments for employees using the scheme.
